Aniagolu is an accomplished oil and gas leader with over twenty years of global experience across commercial negotiations, business development, operations, facilities engineering and logistics functions in two oil majors – Chevron and ExxonMobil – on 3 continents. Nwachu is currently Senior Manager, Upstream Commercial – Gas at Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), where he heads a team focused on Nigeria domestic and West Africa regional gas sales/contract administration, business development, and commercial strategy. He also oversees Chevron’s key commercial interfaces with the NNPC Gas Infrastructure Company (NGIC), and the company’s regulatory advocacy on sector‑defining issues such as gas pricing, the Network Code and Domestic Gas Delivery Obligations, and interfacing with Nigeria’s Decade of Gas initiative. He holds the TRIUM Global Executive MBA (NYU Stern, LSE, HEC Paris, 2018) and an M.Eng in Systems Engineering from Loughborough University, UK (2001), and has completed executive programs at INSEAD and London Business School. He is also a long‑standing Member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers (UK).
