She is a Business Leader with over 20 years of cumulative experience in the Oil and Gas Space and the investment banking industry. She has carved a niche as an Oil & Gas commercial management executive and business development expert across West Africa. She holds an Engineering Degree (MEng) from Birmingham University, UK, and an Executive MBA from the Imperial College Business School, UK. She has led several gas commercial negotiations and operations in the downstream business, as well as in the domestic & export gas business, since the incorporation of WAGL Energy Ltd (WAGL) in 2013, a JV Company established for the trading and distribution of gas volumes. She currently heads WAGL’s commercial operations, overseeing all its transactions and commercial contract negotiations, whilst interfacing with NNPC Ltd. She also oversees the Company’s commercial thrusts for infrastructure projects (including one FPSO andWAGL’s LPG Fleet of 3 Mid-sized and 2 Handy-sized Carriers).
